This Delivery Information page explains how Modrift processes, ships, and delivers orders placed through 【正式独立域名】.

1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and selected European countries.
Shipping availability is confirmed at checkout based on the delivery address.
If your country or region is not available at checkout, we may not currently support delivery to that destination.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing time includes order verification, product preparation, quality checks, and shipment arrangements.
Processing time does not include transit time after the package has been handed over to the carrier.
Orders placed during holidays, promotional periods, or high-demand periods may require additional processing time.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within approximately 7–20 business days after shipment.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, remote areas, transportation disruptions, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Fees

Free shipping applies only when clearly stated on the product page, cart page, checkout page, or promotional page.

9. Delays and Delivery Issues

10. Packages Marked as Delivered
If tracking shows a package as delivered but it cannot be located, please check with household members, neighbors, building management, mailrooms, reception areas, and local delivery personnel.
If the package remains missing, contact Customer Service for assistance.
11. Split Shipments
Some orders may be shipped in separate packages depending on product availability, warehouse processing, or logistics arrangements.
You may receive more than one tracking number.
12. Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, unpaid customs charges, or unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment.
Refund eligibility may be subject to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable shipping or administrative charges.
